The Cabernet Savignon come from the Puente Alto and Pirque Vineyards that gow nearthe foothhillsof the Andes Mountains in there Maipo Valley.The rocky soils are alluvial in origin,poor in nutrients and high permeable due to the abundnce of gravel in the subsoil.this limited-production Cabernet Sauvignon features black fruit aromas, highly conceratred flavors,firm tannis and a smooth texture.
Deep red with lush cherry, black currant, and blackberry aromas with a touch of tar and smoke. The highly concentrated flavors are framed by firm tannins. The texture is smooth—almost silky—and masks the firm tannic structure that lies below and onlyappears on the lingering finish.
