“Dassai 39” is a Junmai Daiginjo made by polishing 39% of the finest sake rice “Yamada Nishiki”.
It features a beautiful sweetness like honey. It is a light body with dryness taste, but it does not feel dry.
The fruity and gorgeous aroma lasts long after swallowing.
It tastes and aromas increase in volume after a while after it is taken out of the refrigerator.
