TASTING NOTES
The fruit was picked at optimum ripeness at night so the fruit arrived at the winery cool, ready to be crushed.
Fermentation took place using a select yeast strain in stainless steel vessels with maximum skin contact to extract flavor and colour.
Aroma: Red berry fruits and peppery spices are intermingled with subtle char and vanilla nuance.
Palate: Flavoursome, full-bodied wine with berry flavors abounding and finishing with balanced acidity and astringency.
